Buonamici “Salutaris” Olive Oil is a completely novel product, the first organic extra virgin olive oil designed specifically to protect health.
This organic extra virgin olive oil has an excellent flavour, with very low levels of acidity and peroxides and a high content of alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), polyphenols, alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3) and alpha-linoleic acid (Omega 6), all fatty acids that are essential in the daily diet since they cannot be synthesised by the body.
