Certification
Buonamici was among the first agricultural producers in Tuscany to obtain organic certification, in 1995.
This certification, however, was simply the official recognition of the methods that had always been used on the farm.
The farm is certified by ICEA Toscana (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification) which is based in Florence.
Azienda Buonamici has always focused not only on increasing production but on sustainability. This commitment was recognised by awards in 2005 and 2008 from Tuscany Ecoefficiency for the energy savings obtained by the farm’s
