The Buonamici family has been producing oil on the hills of Florence for four generations. All these years of passion and dedication have borne fruit in the “Top Quality” range ofOrganic Extra-virgin Olive Oils, products whose outstanding quality has been acknowledged by numerous awards both in Italy and abroad.
The excellence of the “Top Quality” monovarietal and registered origin oils is achieved through a combination of the unique  terroire and the innovative technology used in the production cycle. In fact, the olives of the “Frantoio” e “Moraiolo” cultivars are harvested slightly before they are fully ripe. The rigorously cold pressing within six hours of harvesting is carried out in the farm’s olive press which uses innovative vacuum extraction technology that allows the olives’ high biophenol content to be preserved.
